What is Technically Inept?

Technically Inept is an AI-powered entertainment tool that generates comedic commentary about websites. All roasts are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended purely for entertainment purposes.

AI-Generated Content

All voice content, commentary, and text produced by this application is generated by AI language models and text-to-speech systems. The voices and personas used are AI-generated and are not real people and not affiliated with any real comedy show or performers. Any resemblance to real persons or shows is for parody and entertainment purposes only.

No Malicious Intent

Roasts are comedic in nature and not intended to defame, harass, or harm any individual, company, or organization. The commentary reflects AI-generated humor, not factual assessments or professional reviews.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service to:

  • Submit URLs containing illegal, pornographic, or harmful content
  • Harass or target individuals or organizations
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
  • Use generated content for commercial purposes without permission

Content Moderation

We employ automated safety measures including URL screening, content moderation, and AI guardrails to prevent the generation of harmful content. Websites containing adult, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content will be rejected.

Data & Privacy

URLs you submit are processed by third-party services (Firecrawl for web scraping, ElevenLabs for voice generation). We do not permanently store the URLs you submit or the roasts generated. Conversation audio may be temporarily stored by ElevenLabs per their privacy policy.

Disclaimer

This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content. Use at your own discretion.
